Flagship project: An intensive tenant transition and cutover that reinforced my interest in complex migration work and hands-on troubleshooting. I found the investigation and problem-solving as rewarding as the finished transition.

Kwesi's contribution was remote technology operations — not the onsite AV, cabling, CCTV, workstation, networking, or conference-room build-out, which were delivered by other members of the Rizen team.

Remote-side support for a broader technology transformation, focused on identity, endpoint, and email security foundations:

Stood up a NinjaOne-based ticketing workflow to replace ad-hoc email support, improving response consistency and giving the team real operational visibility.

Business Applications — Administration & QA

DealCloud Administration & Workflow Troubleshooting

Investigated how business application workflows were expected to behave, what had changed, and where configuration or validation needed attention. The work included duplicate-record review, licensing and access considerations, and integration-related troubleshooting.

My approach was to test the behaviour against the intended workflow, document findings and changes, and maintain a clear path to rollback where appropriate. Client configuration details and credentials are not disclosed.

Music & Creative Technology — Artist Campaign Support

Ras Kass — AI-Assisted Creative Production

Developed and refined AI-assisted visual concepts and promotional content supporting artist Ras Kass and music release campaigns. This work combines creative direction, iteration, rollout coordination and an eye for the details that make generated assets consistent and usable.

The same problem-solving mindset applies: identify what the creative output should accomplish, spot what is not working, and refine it until it serves the campaign.

Choosing a wider world.

Moving to Perth was a deliberate decision to experience life beyond what I already knew. I brought my education, certifications, and experience with me, expecting that they would open doors quickly. The reality challenged that assumption.

02 · Adaptation

Learning to be known.

In a new country, I discovered that what you've done matters, but so does who knows you. Networking, showing your work, and maintaining a genuine digital presence aren't optional extras. For the first time in my adult life, I was afraid of failing somewhere unfamiliar. I had to get comfortable being visible, connecting with people, and being myself.

Betting on myself.

I'd spent years helping others with their technology, ideas, and even their businesses, but I hadn't always given my own venture the same effort. Working around major organisations reminded me that the people making big decisions are human, too. I started Dukes Technology Group because I knew I could create value, not because I had every answer. I'm curious, and I'll do the work to find a solution.

I believe in understanding history without allowing inherited burdens to define our limits. The goal is to build something useful now and leave a foundation others can improve upon, in whatever field they choose.
